Opening up an account with Citadel Commerce is simple. Follow our instructions below and you should have no problems, however if you do have some problems or encounter any difficulties with the system just contact the Citadel Commerce support and they'll be able to sort any issues out for you.

The Citadel Commerce website is secure and uses the highest level of encryption available online for transactions 128Bit SSL. You should see a little lock that looks like this in the bottom right hand corner of the browser which means that the page is secure and that you can continue with your transaction. Should you not for some reason see this icon in your browser it means that you'll be submitting your information across an unsecured connection. In this step you'll be required to select your country of residence form the drop down box. After selecting your country of residence click the "Submit" button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to get to the next step.

In this step of the process you'll be required to agree to the Citadel Commerce Terms of use by clicking on the the check box and selecting continue.

In this step of the signup process you'll be required to select a Username, input your e-mail address, select a password and verify your password. To get to the next step fill out this information then click the submit button to get to the next sign up screen.

If you're running a firewall like Norton Internet security make sure that when you click submit that you allow Citadel Commerce to install an active X control on your PC as it is required to get to the next step

In this step of the sign up process you'll have to fill in the bulk of your information this includes your e-mail, first name, last name, home address, city, state, zip code, home phone number, SSN (last 4 digits), date of birth, drivers license number, and the state that your drivers license was issued.

In this screen of the signup process you'll be required to verify your identity. Here you'll have to input your house number, street name, street type and your full SSN number. None of the information in this part of the signup process is stored this information is simply used to verify you are who you say you are. This is the last set in the signup process and once you have verified you're identity you'll be forwarded to another final screen that will either indicate that you're signup process was successfully or not. If for some reason your signup with Citadel Commerce was unsuccessful they will have issued you a reference number which will be available to you on that final confirmation screen. If this happens you'll have to call Citadel and they'll have to sort out the issue over the phone.

After you have completed all this and your account has been approved you can login and enter your check / bank, etc... details in the Citadel Commerce system so you can begin funding your online casino accounts ASAP.
